Appointment requests
Booking online with Custom Muffler & Brakes lets you choose an available time and receive an email confirmation right away. Submitting a request form instead sends a service request that our team follows up on during shop hours (Mon–Fri · 8 AM – 6 PM · Sat · 8 AM – 3 PM).
Estimates and approval
You'll know the cost before we touch a wrench. No work beyond the approved estimate is performed without your authorization.
Warranty
Repairs are covered by our 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor performed at our shop. Damage from abuse, collision, or work performed elsewhere is not covered.
